How to Perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): 1. Check Responsiveness & Breathing:- Tap the person and shout, “Are you okay?” - If there's no response and no normal breathing, call for help or ask someone to call emergency services. 2. Begin Chest Compressions:- Place the heel of one hand in the center of the chest, and your other hand on top. - Push hard and fast — at least 2 inches deep and 100–120 compressions per minute (to the beat of “Stayin’ Alive”). - Let the chest fully recoil bet
