Dealing with weak/tight hamstrings?? Give these 4 exercises a try! 1️⃣ Long lever explosive glute bridge. Try to lift your hips as fast as you can then slowly lower. You can add a light weight across your hips when this gets easy but don’t go too heavy as speed is key here! 3 X 8. 2️⃣ Nordic hamstring curls. Try to lower slowly over at least 3 seconds. Hook your feet under something heavy or get a partner to hold your ankles down. 3 X 6. 3️⃣ Bridge switch kicks. These are harder than they look!

Hamstring Isolated Negatives or I like to call them the 2 up / 1 down method. A great way to strengthen your knees and the lengthening action of your hamstring. This will also isolate the weak side. Helping you fix those imbalances. You can also use this method as a drop set at the end of your normal set of reps.
