With the aim of keeping our Forces fit, selected members are undertaking the ADF Fitness Leader course at the Australian Defence Force Physical Training School, HMAS Cerberus. ADF members can nominate to be an ADF Fitness Leader as an auxiliary role, in addition to their nominal position. This course will equip them with the skills and knowledge to assist Physical Training Instructors to deliver physical training lessons, assist with fitness assessments, and to support physical fitness standards
