If it were mine, I would: 1️⃣ Clarify my actual density category (BI-RADS C vs D — D has higher masking risk) 2️⃣ Request supplemental imaging — ultrasound or contrast MRI, not another mammogram 3️⃣ Check my vitamin D — aim for 40–60 ng/mL 4️⃣ Evaluate metabolic hormonal risk factors (insulin resistance, inflammation, estrogen dominance) 5️⃣ Plan my surveillance forward — mammogram alone wouldn’t be en
