A teen held a wild opossum up by the neck and brought it into the house to show her parents. The animal "played opossum," meaning it pretended to be dead, a natural defense mechanism the critters use when they feel threatened. Talia Lehman took a video when she found the opossum in the home outside Joplin, Missouri, and brought him inside.
