Hooping October's Hoop Studio project? Here’s how to get a perfect finish! 1️⃣ Flip the project to the back and place the inner hoop ring centered over the design. 2️⃣ Press down and trace around the hoop with a pencil. 3️⃣ Trim only the stabilizer on the pencil line (not the fabric!). 4️⃣ Place the inner ring on a flat surface and center the project over it, using the trimmed stabilizer as a guide. 5️⃣ Use paper tape to hold it in place. 6️⃣ Place the outer ring on top, pressing from the bottom
