May 11th is World Migratory Bird Day! This day is an annual campaign to raise awareness and highlighting the need for the conservation of migratory birds and their habitats. For today, Howard looked to the Lewis Winter Collection for inspiration. Howard letterpress printed a halftone of a flock of birds and discussed how Sacramento is in the Pacific Flyway for migratory birds.
