A lot happens in the background long before timber components reach a jobsite. Each structure undergoes a series of detailed manufacturing steps to bring the architectural vision to life while keeping functionality and logistics in mind. For this Windermere project, our team modelled glulam, steel, and heavy timber components, refined joinery, and worked on meeting engineered load-bearing requirements. Our production team handled the custom fabrication of two 16-ft semicircular 5-ply CLT panels,
