Ham bone soup with the leftovers. ⁣⁣Started by browning the bone, then add enough water to cover it and simmer for 2 hours or so. I added 1 diced onion, 2 diced carrots, 2 bay leaves, few sprigs of thyme, 3-4 diced potatoes, 1 can kidney beans, 1 cup diced ham, 1 bag frozen corn, 1/2 tbsp chili powder and paprika.
