MY CHICKENS FIRST EGGS! 🤩🍳 So the chickens are now roughly 25 weeks old and they’ve started laying eggs! They’re not the biggest eggs ever but the pure excitement to cook them was wild! 😂 I thought do I fry? poach? scramble? In the end I decided I’d make a breakfast sandwich and fry them! I went with 5 rashers of smoked bacon, chilli jam, avocado, Tajin, hot sauce & of course 2 of those beautiful eggs! 😉 It was so good. The eggs were so tasty and had a beautiful yolk! I even scrambled 4 more
